Can I return/cancel my order?
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods for the first time. Within this period, you can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
If the package is still in transit, you can refuse acceptance at the door upon delivery (or online via the shipping provider). In this case, the package will be returned directly and free of charge to us.

Do I have to pay the shipping costs for a return myself?
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which unfortunately cannot be covered by us.
If the delivered items are defective or damaged, please send us a photo of your order so that we can arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. Feel free to contact our customer service directly for assistance.
Can I cancel/return products that have already been used?
For hygiene reasons and in the interest of product safety, cancellation and return of already opened products is unfortunately not possible.
Regrettably, we cannot accept these items back or refund the amount paid.
How long do I have to return my order?
You can return your order to us within 14 days without providing a reason.

How and when will my return be refunded?
Once your return has arrived, our team will inspect and process it. Please allow some time for us to confirm your return. After successful processing, the refund will be issued within a few days to the payment method you used when placing the order.
The refund process depends on the payment method as follows:
Credit Card:
The amount will be credited back to the original credit card account. The refund will appear on your next credit card statement. Sometimes, the refund date may match the original payment date.
PayPal:
The credit will be applied to your PayPal account. You can then choose whether to keep the amount in your PayPal balance or transfer it back to your linked bank account.
Gift Voucher:
The refund will be issued as credit on the originally used gift card. Cash refunds are not possible. If you combined the voucher with another payment method, the voucher value will first be offset against the kept items — the remaining amount will be refunded to the other payment method.
Instant Purchase:
If you wait longer than 14 days for your refund or need assistance, please contact our customer support with your order number and the affected items.
How do I find out if my return has been received?
After we have carefully inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation from us acknowledging the receipt of your return. The refund will then be processed within a few days to the payment method you used when placing the order.
I would like to file a complaint about a shipment / product

If any delivered item is defective in any way, or if you have received incorrect products or an incomplete delivery, please contact our customer service via our contact form. We will handle your concern promptly and discreetly.
Can I exchange a product?
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you change your mind and would like to choose different items instead of the ones delivered, you can simply return your original order to us. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs in this case.
Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will issue a voucher for the corresponding amount, which you can use to place a new order.
