Shipping policy

We deliver our Sexescase® products to Italy, Germany and Austria.

All orders are shipped in completely discreet, neutral packaging with no indication of the contents - and shipping is free for orders over €100.

Shipping costs & estimated delivery times:

Italy (2-6 business days):
Up to €100 → €8.49
Over €100 → Free shipping

Germany (2-6 business days):
Up to €100 → €13
Over €100 → Free shipping

Austria (2-6 business days):
Up to €100 → €13
Over €100 → Free shipping

Please note that each product from the Sexescase® Room- and Travel-Edition is a handmade unique piece, individually produced for you after your order is received. The delivery times apply from the moment your order leaves our manufactory or you receive your shipping confirmation.

We work diligently and with great care to ensure your Sexescase® products arrive as quickly as possible. Together with our partners, we ensure that production and shipping of your orders run risk-free in every respect — all processes are regularly monitored and adjusted as needed.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
