What payment options are available?

Currently, we offer the following payment methods in our onlineshop:

Can I also pay by regular bank transfer?

No, currently we do not offer payment by standard bank transfer. All payments must be made using one of the available online payment methods listed.

How do I receive my invoice?

Providing your Tax Identification Number is required at the time of purchase. Based on this information, we automatically generate an invoice, which you can view and download in your customer account after completing your order.

If the invoice is not available in your account, please contact us and include your order number. Our team will be happy to send you the invoice as a PDF file.

How secure is my data?

We place the highest importance on your security during payment processing.

Your personal data is transmitted encrypted and is therefore not accessible to third parties. Additionally, our website is secured and verified by an SSL certificate.

All your payments are processed exclusively through a certified and highly secure payment service provider.

When will my return be refunded?

Your return will always be credited to the payment method you selected when placing your order (only within the 14-day withdrawal period).

When will I receive confirmation of my return?

As soon as your return has arrived with us, it will be inspected and processed by our team. Please allow us some time to confirm your return. After successful processing, the refund will be issued within a few days to the payment method you selected during your order (within the 14-day withdrawal period) or as a credit.

How do I redeem a voucher code?

You can easily enter your voucher code in the designated field for discount code/voucher during the checkout process.

Then click on “Redeem,” and the discount will be automatically deducted from your total amount.

How can I purchase a gift voucher?

You can conveniently order giftcards anytime in our online shop.

You can choose between vouchers worth €50, €100, €150, €200, €250, or €500.

The voucher will then be sent directly to you via email.

My promo code isn’t working

Enter your code in the checkout under the field "Discount Code."

Please keep the following points in mind:

  • Have you reached the minimum order value required for the voucher (excluding shipping costs)?
  • Have you already redeemed another code?
  • Have all the conditions of the discount code been met?

If you have considered all these points, we recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies completely to resolve any possible technical issues.

If the code still does not work, there may be another reason. In this case, please contact our customer support before completing your order – we are happy to assist you.

Can I use multiple discount codes/promotional codes per order?

Please note that only one promotional code can be redeemed per order.

Giftcard not received

Our gift vouchers are sent exclusively as PDF files.

You will receive the voucher directly after your order at the email address you provided.

If the email with the voucher code does not appear in your inbox, please also check your spam folder.

If you cannot find the email there either, feel free to contact our customer support – we’ll be happy to assist you quickly and easily.

Important:

Our gift vouchers are not sent by post.

The voucher is not included in the package, even if you have ordered physical products in addition.

Can a voucher be applied retroactively?

Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discount codes or vouchers to an order once it has been completed.

How long is the voucher valid?

Our gift vouchers have no expiration date and can therefore be redeemed at any time.

If, however, the code is ever shown as expired and redemption does not work, please contact our customer support – we’ll be happy to assist you.
