Care instructions
Genuine or imitation leather:
To clean genuine leather, a soft cloth with a bit of lukewarm water is sufficient. Do not use alcohol-based or aggressive cleaners. Leather care wipes or special leather creams can occasionally be used for maintenance – but please test on an inconspicuous area first.
Metal components:
Metal parts such as corners, hooks, or guide rails should be wiped regularly with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using scouring pads or acidic cleaners, as these can cause discoloration or material wear.
Discretion
Non-lockable via a suspension device for a lock – however, equipped with sturdy leather closure clips for transport.

Each product of the Sexescase® Room and Travel-Edition is a handcrafted unique piece, individually produced for you in Italy after your order has been received.
Warranty description
We offer a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on all products starting from the date of purchase. Should any material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, please contact us – we will promptly review your case and arrange a free repair or replacement. Please note: Damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications to the product is not covered by the warranty.

Are the cases truly 100% Made in Italy?
Yes – all cases and their accessories are made in Italy. With one small exception: our containers and drawer boxes, which we source from our Swiss neighbors.
What materials are the cases made of?
The casing of all models is made of sturdy wood laminate, the seat padding is made of genuine leather, locks and hooks are made of metal, and containers as well as drawers are made of plastic. For the Travel Edition covering, you can choose between genuine leather or faux leather.
Are the cases delivered in separate parts?
No — all cases are delivered ready to use and can be filled immediately upon delivery. Additional accessories may be packaged and shipped separately.
Do accessories such as drawers need to be purchased separately from the main product?
No - all products come with all essential components as standard. Upgrading with additional accessories is optional and can provide more storage space, helping you stay more organized.
What are the differences between the Small, Medium, and Large sizes of the Travel-Edition?
The models differ in their depth and therefore in storage capacity. Small is suitable for beginners, Medium for advanced users, and Large for professionals with high space requirements.
Why is the Travel Edition not available in white?
After numerous practical tests and usage scenarios, we found that white is not ideal for the mobile use of the Travel Edition. Due to frequent transport - such as in car trunks, hotel rooms, or during travel - white surfaces tend to show dirt and scuff marks more quickly, which does not meet the aesthetic standards of our brand.
To ensure a consistently refined and high-quality appearance, we have deliberately chosen the proven colors black and red - elegant, timeless, and perfectly suited for use on the go.
Are there practical differences between genuine leather and imitation leather?
Genuine leather is a natural, durable premium material with a unique character that appears more high-end but requires more care. Faux leather is a more affordable, low-maintenance alternative with a uniform appearance – ideal for budget-conscious or vegan customers.
Are the leather straps of the case removable or adjustable?
Yes, the leather straps are adjustable both in position and size. Thanks to the practical double snap button system, the straps can be flexibly adapted to different accessories and diameters. This ensures a secure hold for both narrow ropes and bulkier toys.
Are the products of the Travel-Edition also usable as seating furniture?
Due to their reduced weight and compact design, this edition is not suitable for use as seating furniture. For stable and durable options, we recommend the Room-Edition models, which are specifically designed to also serve as elegant stools.
Is there a way to lock the case?
Yes - all Travel-models feature leather closure clips suitable for securing the case during transport. However, a lock cannot be attached!
Can I reorder additional loops with button?
Yes, of course – under the category Replacement & Accessoires you will find suitable extensions and individual components for addition or replacement.
