Wood laminate:
Clean wood laminate best with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can damage the surface. For daily care, a lightly moistened microfiber cloth is sufficient.
Plastic containers:
The transparent plastic containers and drawers are dishwasher safe. For hygienic cleaning, they can be conveniently cleaned in the upper rack of the dishwasher. Avoid aggressive or strong degreasing agents to preserve the transparency long-term.
Metal components:
Metal parts such as corners, hooks, or guide rails should be wiped regularly with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using scouring pads or acidic cleaners, as these can cause discoloration or material wear.

Warranty description
We offer a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on all products starting from the date of purchase. Should any material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, please contact us – we will promptly review your case and arrange a free repair or replacement. Please note: Damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications to the product is not covered by the warranty.

Are the cases truly 100% Made in Italy?
Yes – all cases and their accessories are made in Italy. With one small exception: our containers and drawer boxes, which we source from our Swiss neighbors.
What materials are the cases made of?
The casing of all models is made of sturdy wood laminate, the seat padding is made of genuine leather, locks and hooks are made of metal, and containers as well as drawers are made of plastic. For the Travel Edition covering, you can choose between genuine leather or faux leather.
Are the cases delivered in separate parts?
No — all cases are delivered ready to use and can be filled immediately upon delivery. Additional accessories may be packaged and shipped separately.
Do accessories such as drawers need to be purchased separately from the main product?
No - all products come with all essential components as standard. Upgrading with additional accessories is optional and can provide more storage space, helping you stay more organized.
What are the differences between the Small, Medium, and Large sizes of the Room-Edition?
The models differ in their height and therefore in storage capacity. Small is suitable for beginners, Medium for advanced users, and Large for professionals with high space requirements.
What is the difference between the Room Edition and the Room-Edition Plus?
The Plus models feature the specially developed genuine leather seat padding. This enhances your Plus model with an elegant seating option and complements your stylish erotic equipment with functional design and a luxurious feel—leaving your imagination and erotic poses with no limits! Available in black, white, and red—tailored to your personal style.
Can a Room Edition be upgraded to a Plus-model afterwards?
No. Our Plus models differ by a special top panel that allows the installation of the seat padding.
Can the products of the Room Edition also be used as seating furniture?
Yes – especially with the Plus version including seat padding, all Room-models can be used as sturdy and comfortable seating stools.
Is there a way to lock the case?
Yes – all Room-models feature a metal latch to which a lock can optionally be attached. The Travel-models do not offer this option.
Which accessories are dishwasher safe?
The transparent plastic drawers and anthracite-colored containers are dishwasher safe, making them especially easy to clean and hygienic.
Can I order additional hooks or containers?
Yes, of course – under the category Replacement & Accessoires you will find suitable extensions and individual components for addition or replacement.
