Genuine and imitation leather:
To clean genuine leather, use a soft cloth slightly dampened with lukewarm water. Avoid using alcohol-based or aggressive cleaners. Leather care wipes or special leather creams can be used occasionally for maintenance—please test on an inconspicuous area beforehand.

Warranty description
We offer a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on all products starting from the date of purchase. Should any material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, please contact us – we will promptly review your case and arrange a free repair or replacement. Please note: Damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications to the product is not covered by the warranty.

Are the cases truly 100% Made in Italy?
Yes – all cases and their accessories are made in Italy. With one small exception: our containers and drawer boxes, which we source from our Swiss neighbors.
Do accessories such as drawers need to be purchased separately from the main product?
No - all products come with all essential components as standard. Upgrading with additional accessories is optional and can provide more storage space, helping you stay more organized.
Which accessories are dishwasher safe?
The transparent plastic drawers and anthracite-colored containers are dishwasher safe, making them especially easy to clean and hygienic.
